Who doesn't love tacos?? Not only reserved for Tuesdays, enjoy these quick and easy tacos any night of the week! Adjust the toppings to fit your preferences and health goals.
4 oz ground turkey (93% lean)
Low sodium taco seasoning
4 corn tortillas
1/2 oz. Mexican cheese blend
1/2 c. onion
4 tbsp. salsa
Spray pan with non-stick spray and turn stovetop to medium heat.
Add ground turkey. If frozen, let one side cook until outer layer is brown, flip. Scrape off browned meat and repeat until turkey can be broken apart. If already thawed, break apart meat and turn as it browns.
Add low-sodium taco seasoning to taste.
Chop cilantro and onion, set aside.
Add turkey, cilantro, onion, and salsa to tortillas.
