1 c. nonfat Greek yogurt
1 c. blueberries
1 tsp. honey
1 tbsp. flax seeds
Combine yogurt, blueberries, honey, and flax seeds in a blender. Fill container halfway with water.
Blend until smooth and desired consistency is reached. If too thick, add more water.
