Overnight oats are super easy to meal prep and a great on-the-go breakfast that's still packed with the nutrients you need to keep you full and energized.
1/2 c. rolled oats
1.5 c. skim milk
1 tbsp. almond butter
1 banana, sliced
1 tsp. honey
Combine oats, milk, and almond butter into container; mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Top with banana and honey when ready to eat. (You can also add the banana and honey the night before - it's up to you).
