Banana & Almond Butter Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are super easy to meal prep and a great on-the-go breakfast that's still packed with the nutrients you need to keep you full and energized.



  • 1/2 c. rolled oats

  • 1.5 c. skim milk

  • 1 tbsp. almond butter

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • 1 tsp. honey


  1. Combine oats, milk, and almond butter into container; mix thoroughly.

  2. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.

  3. Top with banana and honey when ready to eat. (You can also add the banana and honey the night before - it's up to you).

  4. Enjoy!
