Turkey Wrap

This super simple turkey wrap is a great option for busy days when you need something quick, balanced, and nutritious. Easily prep these ahead of time for even faster on-the-go options.



  • 1 whole wheat tortilla

  • 2 oz deli turkey

  • 1/4 c. spinach (or lettuce of choice)

  • 1 tbsp. low fat mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp. avocado

  • 1 slice low fat sliced cheese


  1. Spread mayonnaise on tortilla.

  2. Add avocado, lettuce, turkey, and cheese.

  3. Wrap, and enjoy!
