Turkey Bagel Sandwich

Carbs tend to get a bad name, but the truth is carbs are our main source of energy! Carbs aren't bad - we're the ones who are bad. Enjoy your carbs again with this turkey bagel sandwich!



  • 1 bagel thin

  • 4 oz deli turkey

  • 1/4 c. spinach (or lettuce of choice)

  • 1 tbsp low fat mayonnaise

  • 3 oz of carrots (or add veggies to sandwich)

  • 1 oz chips of choice


  1. Spread mayonnaise on bagel thin.

  2. Add turkey, spinach, and any other veggies

  3. Enjoy with a side of chips or carrots!
