1 pita bread
1/2 c. red sauce
2 oz. mozzarella cheese
8 slices of pepperoni
Top with any additional veggies of choice!
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper (for easy clean up). Place pita bread on baking sheet.
Cover with sauce. Top with cheese, pepperoni, and any other veggies of choice.
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
