Hummus & Veggie Wrap
Enjoy this delicious wrap for a super easy on-the-go lunch or light dinner. Pair it with a side salad, cottage cheese and fruit, or air-fried fries depending on your calorie needs and health goals for a well-balanced meal!
2 Casaava tortillas
4 tbsp. hummus
1/4 c. cucumber, sliced
1/2 c. cooked zucchini, sliced
1/4 c. cherry tomatoes
1/2 c. quinoa
2 leaves romaine lettuce, chopped
Drizzle olive oil in stovetap skillet. Add 2 cloves minced garlic.
Slice zucchini. Add to skillet when hot.
Saute for 8 minutes, or until brown.
Lay out tortillas. Spread 2 tbsp. of hummus on each tortilla.
Fill with veggies, wrap, and enjoy!
