Hummus & Veggie Wrap

Enjoy this delicious wrap for a super easy on-the-go lunch or light dinner. Pair it with a side salad, cottage cheese and fruit, or air-fried fries depending on your calorie needs and health goals for a well-balanced meal!



  • 2 Casaava tortillas

  • 4 tbsp. hummus

  • 1/4 c. cucumber, sliced

  • 1/2 c. cooked zucchini, sliced

  • 1/4 c. cherry tomatoes

  • 1/2 c. quinoa

  • 2 leaves romaine lettuce, chopped


  1. Drizzle olive oil in stovetap skillet. Add 2 cloves minced garlic.

  2. Slice zucchini. Add to skillet when hot.

  3. Saute for 8 minutes, or until brown.

  4. Lay out tortillas. Spread 2 tbsp. of hummus on each tortilla.

  5. Fill with veggies, wrap, and enjoy!
