Hummus Pita Pizza

Enjoy this fun twist on a classic favorite! It takes less than 15 minutes to prepare and is a filling way to get in a bunch of veggies. The recipe below is for 1 serving, so multiply the ingredients depending on the number of servings you need.



  • 1 pita

  • 2 tbsp. hummus

  • 1/4 c. sliced olies

  • 1/2 c. sliced bell pepper

  • 1/4 c. chopped red onion

  • 6 artichoke hearts

  • 1/4 c. mozzarella cheese

  • 2 oz. feta cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Line cookie sheet with foil.

  3. Place pita on top of foil. Spread hummus on pita.

  4. Top with veggies and feta cheese.

  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and begins to brown.

  7. Enjoy!
