1 - 95% lean ground beef hamburger patty
1 tbsp. low fat mayonnaise
3 tbsp. avocado
1/2 c. lettuce/tomatoes/onion
2 c. side salad
Grill hamburger patty on stovetop or grill.
Assemble hamburger with all your favorites (If you want to add cheese, remove mayonnaise or avocado).
