Who doesn't love pasta for dinner?? Carbs aren't the enemy - which means when you learn how to eat for YOUR body, you can enjoy pasta as part of a balanced diet.
RECIPE:
Ingredients:*
4 oz grilled chicken
1/4 c. Alfredo sauce
2 oz. fettuccine pasta, cooked
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Add enough water to a pot that when noodles are added they will be covered.
Bring water to a boil, add a dash of salt.
Add pasta, cook 8 - 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, strain noodles to remove water. Add noodles back to the pan.
Portion out your noodles, add alfredo sauce.
Top with paremsan cheese.
