If you're ready for a one-pan wonder, this is it! Easily and quickly prepare a full meal - meat, veggies, and potatoes - all in the same pan. You can even wash, cut, and marinade your veggies and chicken (separately) beforehand so when it comes time for dinner, all you have to do is dump them in the pan and stick it in the oven. Remember the serving size below is for 1, so make sure to multiply the recipe below by the number of servings you need. Way easier (and more cost-effective) than ordering Door Dash again, am I right? ;)
RECIPE:
Ingredients:*
1 link chicken sausage, sliced
1 small russet potato, diced
1 c. broccoli
1 tbsp. olive oil
Seasonings, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Line sheet pan with foil.
Slice chicken sausage, place in pan
Wash and cut broccoli, place in pan.
Wash and dice potato, place in pan.
Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and/or your favorite low-sodium seasoning.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until veggies are roasted and potatoes are soft.
