A little twist on the typical ground-beef hamburger, the Beyond Burger is a plant-based burger with simple ingredients that still give you that burger taste you love. Try it and see if you notice the difference! Pair it with a side salad or air-fried french fries, depending on your calorie needs and goals.
1 whole-wheat bun
1 beyond burger
1 tbsp. ketchup
Veggies of choice
2 leaves Romaine lettuce, chopped
1 c. cucumber, sliced
1/4 c. red bell pepper, diced
1/4 c. red onion, sliced
1 tbsp. olive oil
lemon juice + parsley (garnish)
Spray pan with non-stick spray.
Cook Beyond Burger to desired temperature, or grill on BBQ outside.
Prepare salad. Top with olive oil, lemon juice, and parsley (or dressing of choice).
