Beyond Burger


A little twist on the typical ground-beef hamburger, the Beyond Burger is a plant-based burger with simple ingredients that still give you that burger taste you love. Try it and see if you notice the difference! Pair it with a side salad or air-fried french fries, depending on your calorie needs and goals.


RECIPE:


Ingredients:*

  • 1 whole-wheat bun

  • 1 beyond burger

  • 1 tbsp. ketchup

  • Veggies of choice

  • 2 leaves Romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1 c. cucumber, sliced

  • 1/4 c. red bell pepper, diced

  • 1/4 c. red onion, sliced

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

  • lemon juice + parsley (garnish)


Instructions:


  1. Spray pan with non-stick spray.

  2. Cook Beyond Burger to desired temperature, or grill on BBQ outside.

  3. Prepare salad. Top with olive oil, lemon juice, and parsley (or dressing of choice).
