A little twist on the typical ground-beef hamburger, the Beyond Burger is a plant-based burger with simple ingredients that still give you that burger taste you love. 1 whole-wheat bun
1 beyond burger
1 tbsp. ketchup
Veggies of choice
2 leaves Romaine lettuce, chopped
1 c. cucumber, sliced
1/4 c. red bell pepper, diced
1/4 c. red onion, sliced
1 tbsp. olive oil
lemon juice + parsley (garnish)
Spray pan with non-stick spray.
Cook Beyond Burger to desired temperature, or grill on BBQ outside.
Prepare salad. Top with olive oil, lemon juice, and parsley (or dressing of choice).
Toast bun. Prepare burger with your choice of veggies.
